Located in the Urban Center of Los Angeles, Little Tokyo Community, the Architect received approval from: Community Design Review, C.R.A.
and the City Council District. The project consists of a major national retail store; Office Depot and a series of retail shops designed
to enhance the walkway leading to the new Japanese Museum. Colors, textures and shapes were designed and selected to respond to
the context of the Japanese Community. This included the Architect selection of Cherry Trees as the main element in the landscape design.
