Viniegra & Viniegra Architecture provide full architectural services for the commercial improvement within recently completed neighborhood city hall for Council District #7. Approximately 2,500 sq.ft. area is developed into community multi-purpose space with Cafe/Juice bar. In order to validate existing building's LEED Certificate rating, project shall be completed with LEED certificate according to LEED 2009 Commercial Interior.
